Ajax/Java Training Overview

Accelebrate's Ajax for Java™ Developers training teaches experienced Java developers how to apply Ajax techniques to their web applications to improve responsiveness, usability, and interactivity.

Ajax/Java Training Prerequisites

All attendees should have a basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript and practical Java and Servlet/JSP programming for the Java material.

Hands-on/Lecture Ratio

This class is 50% hands-on, 50% lecture, with the longest lecture segments lasting for 20 minutes.

Ajax/Java Training Materials

All attendees receive a copy of O'Reilly's Ajax on Java and related course materials, as well as copies of all code created during the class.

Software Needed on Each Student PC

Please contact us for specific setup instructions. In general, you will need:

The Java SE SDK 1.5.0 or later
A servlet/JSP container (such as Tomcat 5.x or later) or a Java application server (such as JBoss 4.x or later)
A Java development environment with web application support (such as Eclipse WebTools or MyEclipseIDE)

Ajax/Java Training Objectives
