Mobile Development Training Overview

Accelebrate's Mobile Web Design with HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript training class teaches students how to produce dynamic, cross-browser compatible mobile sites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Location and Pricing

Mobile Development Training Prerequisites

All attendees would ideally have some experience with HTML prior to the training. Prior programming/scripting experience is helpful but not required.

Hands-on/Lecture Ratio

This training class is 60% hands-on, 40% lecture, with the longest lecture segments lasting for 25 minutes. Students "learn by doing" with immediate opportunities to apply the material they learn to real-world problems.

Mobile Development Training Materials

All attendees receive a copy of Wiley's HTML5 Digital Classroom and related course materials.

Software Needed on Each Student PC

Web or text editor of your choice
One of the following browsers:

If space on a web server is available, students may also wish to bring their mobile devices so they can test how pages appear on these devices; otherwise, we will recommend an emulator

Mobile Development Training Objectives

Create a website that can respond to the specific needs of the environment on which it is being viewed, presenting a layout that is equally - and differently - appropriate for mobile, table, and desktop devices
