SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) originally emerged as an upgrade to DTS (Data Transformation Services), which was a feature offered with earlier versions of SQL Server. As a component of Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS provides a platform to create workflow applications and build data integration.
Microsoft outlines the primary uses of SSIS packages as follows:
SSIS classes provide training for technology professionals in various SQL Server Integration Services. These disciplines include build data integration and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) solutions.
For those who learn better with hands on experience, group training provides an opportunity to exchange ideas through on-site, instructor led classes in Phoenix. Application developers, data professionals and business intelligence practitioners will benefit from the opportunity to learn directly from instructors dedicated to improving the student’s SSIS skills.
As home to Godaddy.com, Insight.com, Lifelock.com, Intel, Motorola Solutions and numerous successful start-up ventures, Phoenix continues to emerge as the technology hub of the burgeoning Southwest. The Science Foundation Arizona is a group that works to encourage the growth and development of the energy, biomedical, environmental and technology sectors of the local economy. To date, the group has helped develop 24 companies, which has resulted in an additional 1,900 jobs and an economic impact of $600 million.
SQL Server Integration Services training (SSIS) is a component of SQL Server that facilitates data extract, transformation, and loading (ETL). SSIS can also be used to automate updates to databases and SQL server cubes. SSIS can interact with a wide range of data formats, including all major modern databases, Excel, delimited text files, fixed-width text files, and XML.
Accelebrate’s SSIS training classes teach attendees how to build SSIS packages to transform their data. Our instructors enjoy tailoring each class to the specific types of ETL tasks your team is performing, and the classes can be taught using the 2008, 2012, or 2014 versions. Please contact us to discuss how we could tailor onsite training for your group. In addition, some courses are available as live, online classes for individuals.
We also offer an SSIS tutorial.

Here is feedback from past students in Arizona:
Great materials and very detailed examples. Instructor was an excellent communicator.Steve Warsa, Avnet, Inc., Phoenix, AZ
The Accelebrate team was very helpful with the entire training experience, from putting together a proposal, being flexible with the content, planning the event, and providing a very knowledgeable instructor. I would definitely recommend Accelebrate to other companies for training.Ann, Blackboard Inc, Phoenix, AZ
The instructor did not simply read the book to us or just read prepared slides. The instruction was tailored to our needs on an ongoing basis. When we did not know enough to ask the right questions the instructor had the subject matter expertise to ask us the right questions to learn what we would find most useful.Sean Ivey, Blackboard Inc, Phoenix, AZ
Very professional, excellent instructor, good investment for the company.Tod Streich, Arizona Public Service, Phoenix, AZ
Extremely appropriate for today's corporate needs.Terri Parsons, Arizona Public Service, Phoenix, AZ
