Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) Training Overview

This Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO)® training course teaches attendees how to manage the design, re-engineering, and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM)® processes in the context of Agile Service Management. Participants learn how to apply Scrum practices and Agile and Lean principles to align process performance with overall business goals. This course helps learners prepare for the DevOps Institute’s Certified Agile Process Owner exam.
