This ITIL Practitioner certification training teaches attendees how to apply the fundamentals of IT Service Management. Accredited by PeopleCert, this  ITIL® course helps students prepare for the ITIL Practitioner certification exam along and gives them the tools, templates, and practical experience needed to implement ITSM in their organizations.
