This 5-day course includes three days of review of PM basics by process group followed by the two-day study by Knowledge Area. It counts as the 35 hours of formal education required to apply for the PMP exam and the 23 hours required for the CAPM exam.
The 2-day version of this course is designed for those already familiar with project management concepts and with PMI’s Knowledge Areas and Process Groups. Attendees should have met the education and experience requirements and be planning to take the CAPM or PMP exams within the next two to six weeks. The 2-day class is a fast-paced, intensive review of the 49 processes by knowledge area.
