Prerequisites:

Attendees should have professional development experience with Visual Studio, the .NET Framework, and ASP.NET, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. It is also helpful (but not required) that attendees have experience with the previous version of Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Office SharePoint Server 2007 and have experience working directly with XML files in Visual Studio.

Training Materials:

All attendees receive comprehensive courseware covering all subjects in the course.

Software Requirements:

  • Each student will need a full installation of SharePoint Server 2010, including a Windows Server 2008 operating system and a SQL Server 2008 database, and also client tools such as Internet Explorer, Office 2010, and Visual Studio 2010.
  • During the process of scheduling the class, we will host a conference call with you to discuss setup options.
