Six Sigma Training Courses

Six Sigma uses data and statistics to deliver as close to zero-error outcomes as possible to ensure high customer satisfaction. Six Sigma is a proven methodology for reducing defects and improving efficiency.

Lean Six Sigma has 5 phases: D – Define, M – Measure, A – Analyse, I – Improve, C – Control, or DMAIC. DMAIC is applied to producing a good or service to deliver near-perfect outcomes resulting in business transformation and happy customers.

Accelebrate's Six Sigma training teaches teams how to implement DMAIC in their organization and understand Six Sigma's roles and responsibilities. Our certification training teaches teams how to identify and eliminate waste in their work processes to improve quality and productivity significantly. Attendees also learn how to involve stakeholders and remain responsive to change. Our White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt courses prepare learners for the corresponding Six Sigma Certification exams. Any Six Sigma course can be customized for your team.

In addition, we offer Minitab training.

What is Six Sigma? Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology that uses statistical methods to identify and eliminate defects. Six Sigma aims to achieve a defect rate of 3.4 defects per million opportunities (DPMO).

What are the different belt levels of Six Sigma certification?

  • White Belt: This is the entry-level certification. White Belts are introduced to the basic concepts of Six Sigma and how to apply them to their work.
  • Yellow Belt: This is the next level up from White Belt. Yellow Belts learn how to use essential Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve processes.
  • Green Belt: This is the intermediate level of certification. Green Belts are responsible for using Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve processes. They typically work on projects under the guidance of a Black Belt.
  • Black Belt: This is the advanced level of certification. Black Belts are responsible for leading Six Sigma projects. They have a deep understanding of Six Sigma principles and tools and are skilled at applying them to real-world problems.
  • Master Black Belt: This is the highest level of certification. Master Black Belts are responsible for developing and implementing Six Sigma programs. They have a deep understanding of Six Sigma principles and tools and are skilled at training and mentoring other Six Sigma practitioners.
